I Fell Down is a quiet reckoning. I wrote it in a moment when everything in me had collapsed, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. There was no pretending anymore. No pushing through. Just stillness and surrender.

I wasn’t trying to sound perfect or polished, I just needed to say what was real. This track is me letting go of the idea that falling means failure. Sometimes, falling is the only way to finally rest and see what needs to rise.

If you’ve ever felt like you had nothing left but your truth, I Fell Down was written for you.
